Andwe re at schools with our Championsbefore and after school programs
Techniciansare responsible for the following\\: ongoing maintenance at assigned centers;reacting to emergency situations as they arise; completing preventivemaintenance as directed by immediate supervisor, and ensuring that centers aremaintained in a safe, inviting condition. Technicians are also responsible forengaging local vendors for the purpose of completing repairs they cannot do.Technicians may be called upon to assist in inspections of renovations and newconstruction. As a partner to the Centers, Technicians will also have frequentconversations and communications with Center staff and Center leadership.
Initiateand oversee routine and preventative Center maintenance
Physicallycomplete repairs as needed in the centers assigned to them
Operatea laptop computer and smartphone for the purposes of collecting work orders,producing schedules and submitting time records, and managing expenses
Communicateand interact with Center staff and leadership teams on an ongoing basis
Comfortablewith the Microsoft Office Suite
Operatesa company vehicle for the purpose of completing assigned tasks
Provideand maintain a safe environment for the children in our care
Monitorperformance of outside vendors
Otherrelated duties as assigned
Oneyear or more of on the job experience in maintenance with experience in amulti-unit environment preferred
Knowledgeof child care helpful but not critical
Abilityto perform under pressure
Strongprofessional communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work alone with minimal supervision
Qualifyto operate a company vehicle based on a motor vehicle record check and companypolicy
Highschool diploma required
