A professional care provider who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients, providing care through the continued utilization of the nursing process in collaboration with other health care team members.Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing required
- Current Maryland Licensure required
- CPR Certification (American Heart Association Health Care Provider) required.
- NRP Certification is required by the end of orientation.
- OB Certification preferred
- 3 years of hospital based experience in Labor & Delivery preferred (If at teaching facility 1 year of L&D will suffice.)
